In original packaging with all tags intact

Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

Share photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
4. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after item approval.
5. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional charge (within Pakistan).
