Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with all tags intact

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Share photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after item approval.

5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional charge (within Pakistan).
